STEP 1:  Grip the ball with right fingertips spread slightly apart (reverse this if you’re left-handed).  STEP 2:  Rotate body sideways so that left hip, shoulder and head point to target.  STEP 3:  Pull the ball back, keeping elbow ent, hand close to ear and forearm parallel to ground.  The ball faces the sky.  STEP 4:  Step forward toward the target on right foot as you throw, snapping wrist as the ball is released.  STEP 5:  Follow through, extending your arm across your body.  Play ball!
